Welcome to Our School
Tuscarora High School is Frederick County's newest high school, having opened its doors to the ninth and tenth graders in August of 2003. Located southeast of Frederick City and near the Route 70 and 270 nexus, this state-of-the-art facility is packed with technology to prepare students for the reality of our digital future; however, our proudest assets are the experienced and talented staff members who hold high expectations for our students.

A recently completed addition increased building capacity to 1,600 by adding three science classrooms, one business lab, one foreign language lab and twelve general education classrooms. Additional space was added to the cafeteria, conditioning room and wrestling room as well.
